Tina and her existential diary: graphic novel for teens

Cute, very funny (especially if you grew up in the Indian diaspora) with a simplistic art style which definitely grows on you and nuanced characters given the medium. The crush turns out to be unworthy, the new best friend has her own problems-everything works out but not in the most predictable way.. The existentialism is sort of underplayed but fun. I’d definitely give it to a teenager starting high school or Year 9/10 in the UK. Oh and now I totally want a plug-in Krishna. 11+
